Dear sir
I am assistant professor in aided college now I have been selected for same post through MPSC in state government college
I am working in my privious college from 3 years with full time scale
Question is
Can I get pay protection??
Can I get service protection? ?
How I should resigned from my current job to get continues service??
Can I give letter of technical resignation yet I didn't apply through proper channel? ?? Because of online application system
Please guide me

Yes, you can submit technical resignation and have the benefit of counting past service and protection of pay, if applicable.

You are in aided institution and not in Government institution, You are not entitled with the benefits like government employee, can not submit technical resignation till specific instructions exist to the effect.

I agree with expert advise of Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, technical resignation can be submitted in government organisations and not applicable in Private-government aided organisation.

My above suggestion as above was given in the light of the norms prevalent in Kerala. There in all aided educational institutions, schools as well as colleges, the salary is paid directly by the Government. Also, service in such institutions are counted for pension and other purposes, on subsequently joining Government service.
It could be that other States are having different norms. The factual position needs to be verified.
