Trial in lower court

Heard that there is no time limit to complete the trial for a 498a case.

But based on the experience and experts can comment.

1) How many months on an average it would take the trial to complete in a lower court of AP assumming in normal/regular situations.

depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

precise time can not be determined, but certainly nowadays the courts make effort to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Time limits have been given in many acts but it is defficult to follow.
