five memberes purchese one sight,4persons registered that, they start to firm with equal share of five members and construction of complex and earn the money distributed equally. 5 the person right is equal to other partners,of registerdeed whether how to get their right without registration?

To lay the claim of 1/5th share the 5th person will have to prove that he also contributed his share of money at the time of purchase but did not lend his name, which would be however by no means a herculean task. In absence of that the 5th person will have no right.

Once the partnership firm is started with five members and the construction is done with the partnership funds,the 5th member as a partner becomes entitled to equal share in the property as the partner of the firm. No separate conveyance in this regard is required or contemplated in law. It becomes the property of the partnership firm automatically. He will be entitled to his share at the time of dissolution of partnership or on his retirement from the firm.
