Vague or illegal answers by so called experts.

On this site now it has become custom to answer that I agree , also agree or well adviced without regard to the law , procedure and real problems at ground level.

Some people advice on each and every thing for which they do not have even basic knowledge.

Please solutions for such irresponsible attitudes of so called expers.

There should be system of negative marks to bring deciplene and responsibility.

Your question have two aspects. One to write: agree/good advice/I concur and so on and another is advising without having basic knowledge on the subject.

So far as first aspect is concerned, I do not find force in your objection because if any expert finds his views already expressed by some other expert then he has right to be agree with those views without wasting further time and energy. The querist has benefit to accept such answer which is seconded by various experts or maximum of those are having a unanimous opinion.

I completely agree with you on the second aspect of your query and I also request my expert friends not to reply such query wherein any expert has no definite knowledge about the subject like if I dont deal in taxation matters, why should I make reply or comments?

I concur with what Mr. Makkad has stated. As regards negative marks I do not know how and who decides on the marking and the criteria for the same. Negative or positive marking involves judging the correctness or otherwise of the answers and the clarity in their presentation. who will do this? I do not know who looks after this in this forum.I would like to know.

THE ADMINISTRATOR OR MODERATOR HAS TO INVOKE THE POWER. BUT IF THE ADMINISTRATOR OR MODERATOR HAS TAKEN SUCH DECISION ALL THE QUERIES HAS TO SENT FOR MODERATION AND THEN AFTER IT WILL BE DISPLAYED. THE USERS AND THE PERSONS WHO WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWERS CANNOT GET IMMEDIATE RELIEFS ON THE POINTS.

Yes the negative marks idea I have just thrown to dicussion.

But the thread has raised a vital issue and experts should suggest better ways.

Moderator has to intervene and act fast to retain the pride of this forum. Else, participation even by experts will take a beating as statistics suggest that only 3% of the listed experts are participating in the thread for reasons best known to them. Hope Mr.Ramu who has been solely supporting this version for mine over the last six months will offer his opinion on the subject. It is upto the experts themselves to introspect on the matter to take a healthy lead.
