question - Is that given security money comes under consumer protection act.

MY ANSWER: NO,NOT AT ALL,AS YOUR DEPOSIT IS IN RELATION OF BUSINESS AND NOT AS CONSUMER.

yes,its not comes under consumer protection act, you can file individually money suit.

its a commercial transaction and the CPA, 1986 specifically excludes commercial transactions from the purview of consumer courts.
