Dues by tanent

Hi,If residential property is rented wih mutual understanding(without rent agreement) and tanent leaves without any notice and without paying rent,electricity bill,water bill etc, what action could be taken against tanent to recover the dues

File a suit for recovery by establishing that you were his landlord and he was your tenant.

If you can prove the tenancy, you can collect the arrears and other dues.

My advise is be happy that he had vacated the premises without troubling you.
