Probation of a will.

Dear Experts of the FORUM,

Is probation of a WILL is necessary in Andhra Pradesh state?

If yes, what will be the court fees ( Percentage!)?

If legal-heirs do not have any problem with the WILL, what will be the time taken for completing the process (of Probation of WILL)?

There is no necessity to get the will probated so subsequent questions have no relevance.
