Bail system 1

(Querist) 30 August 2011 This query is : Resolved 
if a person is sent to jail by cbi charges ( sec-120B,420,467,468,471A)currently he spent 6-7 month until final investigation get over ( charges produce in court in 90 days), lastly final challan issued in court including others on same case, now what the chance of bail, earleir lower court rejected the bail.what will now the chance of bail. as
the trail is going to start in few days...

Without complete facts of the case it is not possible to comment. Engage a criminal lawyer for bail.

Bail always is not a matter of right...a lot depends upon the type of allegation against the accused, his chances of absconding from the legal process....even the security of the accused can be a point of consideration.

otherwise, CBI courts are always on fast track....better would be to discuss the matter with the lawyer appearing for the accused, since the lawyer knows the facts he will be in better position to analyse the situation.
