Evindential value of poa which is not registered

A POA was issued in 1989. It is attested by executive magistrate and not registered. What is evidence value of that and can it be held valid in a court of law.???

If it is executed on Rs 50 stamp paper then definitely admissible.
Since it is not compulsorily registrable document there is no bar for its admission as a piece of evidence provided the relevant provisions of the evidence act is complied with regarding its formal proof.
