Dear Sir,
I have submitted proof affidavit in the family court in my divorce case filled by me.Cross examination has been ordered. Is it compulsory to attend on the same day or can I attend on the next date? Also, during cross examination, can I speak about the points which I have missed in proof affidavit?
Sankaranarayanan (Expert) 01 November 2011
yes you have to attend it except un avoidable situation.
ajay sethi (Expert) 01 November 2011
in crosse xamination you have to confine your answers to questions asked by defendant . be brief and to the point .

you have to attend on date fixed for cross
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 01 November 2011
You would have to stand for cross, if not on this date, next date.

Also, you can not add new points, just have to answer what is asked to you.

Regards,

Shonee Kapoor
