if an fir is filed in lower court but the case is also pending in drt the bank has get the stay against the fir proceeds of lower court can the person accused in lower court has to get anticipitory bail otherwise can police arrest the accused in fir of lower court for which stay is granted by high court

High Court is the highest court of records having superintendence over the lower courts of jurisdiction. So long stay order subsists you need not to take anticipatory bail.
