sir i have completed my BALLB in 2010. now i m in llm 2nd year. i want to enroll in delhi bar council. sir what should be written in gap affidavit tell me. whether it is permissbile to do enrollment at the time of pursuing llm course.

u are continuing with your legal studies only...there shall not be any bar in my opinion, you may check up for the rules from the official website of Delhi Bar Council.

but this time you will have to appear in the exam being conducted by Bar Council of India for enrollment of the lawyers.

There is no bar to enrollment merely gap. if you are graduating for academic year 2009-10 have to appear for the All India Bar Examination in order to qualify to practice law in India.
