Sub: - Revenue - Chowlapally (west) village, Farooqnagar Mandal,
Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District Patta Land survey no 411 extent of Acre 1.20 guntas. Using Partial land as graveyard: - Reg
I, Khaja Masood Ali Siddiqui S/o Late Khaja Basheer Ali Siddiqui age (64) year’s senior citizen and Pensioner submits that I am the Pattedar of survey no 411 extent of Acre 1.20 Guntas of Chowlapally (west) village of Farooqnagar Mandal, Shadnagar, of Mahabubnagar District. The harijans of Chowlapally (west) village with the support of the local leaders are trying to grab my ancestral property which is in our possession from 1950 till date (as a favour to harijans vote bank in coming elections which is due in next month) and are using the above mentioned land as burial ground illegally without my knowledge because I stay at Hyderabad and the property is at Shadnagar.
They have also complained to the Circle Inspector of Shadnagar to take action against us. It has come to our notice that the circle Inspector Shadnagar had issued F.I.R against my son and book the case and put the sections 427 and 297 and my son taken the bail, the police are not cooperating with us (The actual Pattedar) without knowing the facts police has book the case with the support of Sarpanch, the land cases are pending at joint collector office Mahabubnagar between Sarpanch and us that’s why he use his power and put this section on my son.
I have all Pahani for the year 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2009-2010, & 2010-2011. ROR of 2010 – 2011.
Please guide me what is the next action I have to take. Whether I go for injunction order or stay order for stopping that people to use my land as a burial ground in future.
