You have mentioned property situated in rural area of Jalgaon in Maharashtra but have not mentioned whether the same is situated within abadi deh or revenue land. Provisions for both land are different as per Maharashtra Land Revenue Record of Rights and Registeres (Preparations and Maintaince) Rules, 1971.
