Who is the owner of the residential plot

(Querist) 21 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
The plot actually belongs to my grand father who was no more , but in the Adangal or in pahani , Elder brother of my grandfather has been entered who was also no more , by the virtue of his becoming the Head of the Joint family .

But in the will of brother of my grand father or in the will of sons of my grand fathers brother , there is no mentioning about this property

Sons of brother of my grandfather are taking undue advantage of this and created some fabricated will as if written by their father about the property and now claiming as their own

But in all the registered documents of sale around the my grandfathers property , it is shown that the sites are bounded on one or two sides by the site of my grand father. Even in the some sale deeds entered by the sons of my grandfathers brother , the site of my grand father was shown as boundary . Even in in the memorandum of Partition list of my grandfathers another brother , the site of my grand father was shown as boundary

Kindly advise us and if we get the name changed to my grand father from his brothers or to my uncles names , can my uncles will become title hodlers of the site

If the sale-deed show the name of your grandfather as buyer then the entries of Pahani and other revenue record has no relevant and record can be got corrected at any time and accordingly you shall come in inheritance of your grand father but if the situation is otherwise then there is no chance to succeed.
