I have to register a conveyance deed of a society with the builder which documents are necessary ?and i want to know all the procedure in written form fm where should i obtain this? whether it is possible to execute the conveyance deed of the land where the total land is 5 acres & only one building on the area 1500 sq metres is constructed. the builder has formed the society.

It is better to consult an advocate of your locality for drafting the deeds. Further, since you have 5 acres of land and the builder has formed a society (I presume that it might be a housing society) it is prudent to safeguard your interests.
