when employe get voluntary retiermemt , he is able to obtain pension or only lump sum fund [2]after vol retierment if his age is 52,can employe re join same job/post as regular employe..as per any rule or sc judgement

Before jumping to SC judgement one has to se what exatly the rule applicable to employee says.

For knowing whatis the rule applicable it is necessary to know who is the employer whether Govt, PSU or private. If PSU wheter PF covered or not. If private what at the notified terms of conditions.
