sir, if a will made by the testator on the blank paper and it is not registered will so what it's value in the eyes of the will? a Muslim lady who was unmarried made a will in favor of A's father, the agricultural land in which two house are also available but those houses is not in the possession of A. The A is possessing such land and paying the tax of such land. But the lady who made such will have specified that they will not have any interest in those house regarding the ownership those house will also governed to the A' father. The people who lives in such houses are the sons of the lady's brother so they can claim in such property, they have any right?

The Muslim lady can make a will upto 1/3rd of her property, rest would go as per law of succession.
However, father would get the share in that manner as well.
