sir,
recently my friend got married with one girl both are majors but the girl did not co-operated with her husband but the marriage was done in only 2 months.
now they are decided to take divorce from the court of law.
now that persons can take divorce with in 2 months from the date of marriage, there is any possibility to take divorce from the court of law.
if the law permitted what is the procedure and any judgement regarding it.

1. Divorce by mutual consent (when both parties agree to it) generally can be filed only after one year of seperation.
2. When they don't and want to fight it out - they can file it within 1st year itself.
Advise is to wait for one year and then file MCD.

Marriage has become a play tool in the hands of men and women.Marry in the morning,have lunch in the afternoon and get seperated in the night.Mr.Bharat has given the way to file divorce,have patience and wait for one year.At least during this period of one year you will be remembering each other.

They can go in for divorce by mutual consent based on exceptional hardship by putting an application u/s 14 of HMA.
However try marital counselling before that.
