Hi,
My Sister has joined in tricom company in mumbai, there she has submitted her original pan card and they are not going to give her original pan card till three months period, is there any harm in this,if yes then what should she do.

Well it should not have happened.
The chances of harm is not there if you receive any kind of receipt of custody of the PAN card.

Retaining original PAN card shall have no damaging effect, any way. However, after 3 months she must take it back, after all it an original/valuable document
