Stamp paper validity

Dear Experts,
Pl. give your opinions on following two points :
(1) A (based in Mumbai) wants to enter into an agreement with B (based in Ahmedabad). In short, an Agreement between A & B is to be entered. In this case, who should ( A or B ) buy a stamp paper of Rs.100/- for this agreement ? A should buy from Mumbai or B should buy from Ahmedabad ?
(2) For above, Stamp Paper is of current date, i.e., 19-8-2012 and agreement is to be entered into between A & B on 20-8.2012, and agreement is to be made effective from 1.5.2012 ( as to be mentioned in the agreement). IS THIS SCENARIO O.K.? CAN IT BE DONE ?
(3)For above, Stamp Paper is of 01-01-2012 and agreement is to be entered into between A & B on 20-8.2012, and agreement is to be made effective from 1.5.2012 ( as to be mentioned in the agreement). IS THIS SCENARIO O.K.? CAN IT BE DONE ?
(4) WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF A STAMP PAPER ? IF A STAMP PAPER IS TWO YEARS OLD, CAN WE MAKE ANY AGREEMENT ON IT HAVING CURRENT AGREEMENT DATE ?

1)where is the property situated mumbai or ahemdabad ?
2) agreement should be after the date of purchase of stamp paper . id stamp paper is of 19th august then it should be effective after 19th august .
3) validity of stamp paper is of 6 months in mahrashtra
