False fir

Sir/ Madam,

RCop gonig on in Pondichery lower Court filed by the owner on ground on renovation purpose. In between this, on 6th Aug, the tenant attended the hearing & given statement that, he has vacated the property (shop) on Aug 1st. On Sep 8th he has given complaint in station that, the owner has caused damaged to the shop and now FIR filed against the owner U?S.506, 448, 427 IPC.. Is it possible ?
After the tenant has vacated the shop, how can he files FIR agaist the owner? How to protect the owner ? how to quash the Fir and how to punish the tenant

it is necessary to go through the FIR filed by tenant . only after going through the allegations made against the owner would it be possible to advise .
