Under which Act & Section an Execution Petition be filed before Sub Judicial Magistrate
On 15-10-12 Punjab Wakf Board passed order against illegal U/s 54 to vacate the Wakf Propety after the completion statutory period 30 days against the order an execution petition will be filed against the order an Execution petition will be filed before Ld. Sub Division Magistrate. Will you please guide me under which Act & Section an execution petition be filed before Sub Division Magistrate. Also supply me performa of the Execution petition.

The performa is not supplied on this site and execution petition shall be filed under Order 21 of Civil Procedure Code and its Rule shall be decided as per the nature of the decree.
