Online fraud

I am scammed in www.kaunsa.com online fraud and they have written "Courts at Gautam Budh Nagar (NOIDA) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings" I am from Karnataka. How to take any action against them at my native. Please guide me.

They are nobody to change the Criminal Procedure code. The jurisdiction lies in the court /than whee (i) offer was made (ii) offer was received (iii) contract was made (iv) contract was executed (v) impact of crime has been faced.

You can file consumer complaint, at your native place. Though no need to have a lawyer but in given circumstances it would be better to have services of a lawyer.

ion any case you may not be having correct postal address of the suspects. So you will have to get them traced through cyber police.

The place wherein you were defrauded has proper place of suing action against the accused person. Lodge report with cyber cell of local police.
