Change of advocate

(Querist) 16 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
Joint property equally divided to all legal heirs after the dead of parents. One brother filed civil suit (Permanent Injuction) on the basis of simple affidavit of late year almost 17 years old that the said property is given to him by all members duly signed on the simple affidavit of Rs.3.00 attested from notory. Court gave interim stay that property shall not be sold by any member. Although the court has passed order almost 4 months back my advocate did not appeal and also avoiding to contact with me. I fear something doubtful and in opinion to change the advocate. My query is that next date in the court is next month of first week. If I engage another advocate can he appeal in the present order passed by the court since the property is duly registered and mutated as per revenue records on all legal heirs. Please advice urgently.
