i have 470 sq.ft house & a garage 180 sq.ft.
my landlord (builder) offers me 470 sq.ft+20%
fungible+180 sq.ft.forgarage(470+94(20%)+180 =744. in new blg. according to my knowledge fungible is 35%.i am confused that should i get fungible on both house & garage.please help me and guide me what to do.

if building has gone for redevelopment an architect must have been appointed . he is the ideal person to guide you
