A partnership firm was engaged in the business of real estate.
All the partners wanted to authorize a single partner to transact business on behalf of the firm. Such as being present before the authorities at the time of sale purchase of property, signing on the conveyance deeds on behalf of the partnership firm etc..
How to Authorize a person in a partnership firm?
Any specific format if available, please provide.
If the same is through a power of attorney, whether it needs to be registered or not.

A registered POA by all partners in favor of desired partner.

You need to engage a local lawyer for this purpose as the POA is also required to be registered.
