Now I am astonished, if you are hurt and try to justify by saying, "I am rather surprised at the misunderstanding created by my simple query".
Your query was not a simple one, as you say. Factually, your query smelled quite fishy, and Shri Prabhakar Singh ji was perfectly right to question you about your planning. Naturally, when you were not at all concerned with any exiting will, whose witnesses would have died, your making a mention of "if both the witnesses die or simply not traceabl" was quite irrelevant.
Secondly, if Shri Rajendra K. Goyal had expressed his surprise over the guess (planning) made by Shri Prabhakar Singh, he just appreciated surprising guess of Shri Prabhakar.
To be frank, I can still smell somthing fishy in your question, as you seem to have become smart and may still be planning to do something against some existing will where both the witnesses would have dies and the will being not in your interest.
The question arises, what was the need to justify yourself that you postponed writing a will and decided to make a nomination? Did any one asked you whether you would make a will or a nomination (and for what)?
Hurt about what? Rather we should feel hurt if someone tries to hoodwink the experts by posting such a camouflaged questions sans facts, instead of writing the real problem for solution.

You cannot simply post baseless allegations on a simple question. I am writing a will and when I saw that I have to go for 2 witnesses, I was wondering how to ensure witnesses who will see through the proper execution of my will.
I am a straightforward person and I am a housewife, a senior citizen and before I become a victim of some ailment, i want to write a will bequeathing my property to my legal heirs. and I am jointly using this forum to get some queries clarified.

Dear Suguma,
If you post a contoversial query, anybody can have a doubt about the facts. The problem with you is that you seem to treat the experts as mere idiots, who cannot guess about what is lacking or faulty or what has been exxagerated in the query.
Even now in one of your statement above, you have stated, "what is the connection between that cyber crime and this query? That is posted by my husband."
As per the record of this site, this is also not a correct position with that query. May the query be related to your husband, but had not been posted by your husband. Probably, you forget that the query was posted by yourself only, as can be seen at the following thread:

it is advisable to engage a lawyer and get will drfated as per your instructions and attested by 2 witnesses . you may if you so desire have the will registered .

I did not post that about cyber crime. As my husband said he wanted to post it and I was not interested in it as it was his office matter.
The confusion arises because at home we have the same computer which we both use. I will ask my husband to clarify when he is back from work.
