Sir, I had given loan to a person in cash of 15 lakhs, he. Issued me a check of the amount and the cheque was payment stopped.
Legal notice was send and he had replied that you had stolen a signed cheque from his office and that he had not borrowed any money.
I have his hand written cash reciepts. He has furthur put a complaint in police as he has got a very influential friend. In this complaint he had falsely alleged that I had made theft of the said cheque and that I along with goons am threatening him with life.
Pls advice what steps I can take.

It seems you bribed Police Rs. 8 Lakh to avoid your arrest, trying to convert your cheating to civil matter thru Police, and that inspector went suddenly on long leave, as matter taken up to higher level. Yes , opposite party being politician and a Infrastructure Regd Company, they are certainly influential, and had already digged your entire past MURDER case on you and u r accused. U grabbed much more, and had no 15L cheque as falsely informed here. As you embezzled the amount, during his foreign trip, empty out his Bank Balance ,as amount is transferred to your Proprietory firm thru A/c Payee Cheque, filled up by your own handwriting. Mr Bansal.
You cannot escape,

Go ahead Mr. Shroff best of luck to you. You do whatever you prefer doing for your client against some Mr. Bansal.
As there is option here to ask about legal problems you are mistaken for me raising query.
You may know many people but the point is "if other person also knows you". I Don't know you.
