Stamp duty on criminal case

Sir,
If a person intend to file a criminal case
regarding cheating,forgery,breach of trust for any property involved,does he has to pay the stamp duty for filing the case on valuation of involved property. Does
the women are exempted from paying the stamp duty.

please advice.

Indian stamp act has no application in criminal jurisprudence.
You have to just pay regular court fees.
