Dear Experts,
I am a tenant of old ceased building which was demolished for redevelopment.
Current the construction work has halted from last 8 month,and construction is done till 18th floor,developer plan to demolished neighboring building and load additional fsi to our building for extra three floor.
He want us to occupy the flat under part OC which he is going to apply to respected authority he will continue the construction thereafter.
kindly request for your advice.
Is it safe to occupy under part OC
Any precaution should be taken while taking the possession.
If we will face any liability after the possession.

You can bind the builder by way of a fresh affidavit on his part that no additional liability shall be born by you in that situation which is anticipated.
