I want to newly start a business of marketing in Bihar with my own brand name. I want to purchase liquid shop from Delhi and packed the same in sachet and sold in market with my own brand name. Kindly tell me the law regarding packing and selling with own brand name and what action I should take first to start this business as per commercial law and other law relating to the business.

contact a local lawyer . you have to be registered under shop and establishment act of your state . you have to decide whether you want to do it as sole proprietor or as partnership firm or as company .
if it is a firm or company you have to register it under partnership act or under companies act

Go for sole proprietary by obtaining certificate of commencement of business under Shops and establishment act or from Local Municipality or by starting a One person company under Company's act 2013 and YOUR PROFITS WOULD BE TAXED UNDER Income tax Act 1961 as though you were an individual.If you wish to thank me for this reply please click the Thank you button on my profile.

If you are launching your brand you have to take license of VAT, excise in addition.
