Different signatures by same person.

sir i have enterd into an Agreement with a person.this person has been using different kinds of signatures when he sends me letters or notices which differ from his signatures on original Agreement.
1.Is this some sort of cheating on his part?
2.What does this imply and what should i do to make my stand legally stronger?

send hiom photo copy of all for confiurmnation of diff sign by himself.
It will be on record that he signed differently..

@Author With out Contradicting with him just tactfully collect A cheque from him for few hundreds and take copies of the same before depositing once it is realised insist on him to sign as the same in cheque.

sir the person s signature in the contract entered between us does not match with regard to the letters which he is sending to me by post.he has done some cheating as highlited by me in my letters.i could not understand his mentality behind different signs.should i need to inform police?

If you have agreement with you and the signatures are not resembling in his letters, write acknowledgement of letters to him mentioning that you have received the letter, noted the contents but signatures are materially differing with signatures on agreement hence Confirm by return post that the letter was written by him and contents are confirmed. Also write that in case no reply received it would be presumed that it was written by him.
Post such acknowledgement by Registered Post.

If the author does not want to follow any advise give here, it is left to him/her, better consult a local lawyer, pay his fees and go by his advise.

The main thing is, have you experienced any specific problem in performance of the contract? If so, discuss frankly, instead of raising supplementary queries, as there is no end of queries, if the specific problem is not discussed. Question of difference in signatures can arise only if there is any legal dispute between both the parties.

dhingra sir so far no legal course has been taken except letters and notices from my side.i am worried before going into legal battle because that person has in the past manipulated my local lawyer.moreover i dont know how much time it will take for the verdict to come.

If no legal problem for the time being, you should not think that he would work to create problem, just in your line of thinking. Ask your query only if some problem arises out of your agreement and the correspondence.
