Hi,
I got married in 17,May 2011.On 27,May 2011 she went to her home......till date.... she is there.
During 10 days stay abnormal behavior was noticed. After a long & hot discussion my In laws gave medical papers showing incomplete treatment.
Meanwhile my father expired.
My In laws pressurized to accept her but I refused. In frustration the ended up relation with a list of articles & money.Both parties mutually signed.
My In laws were insisting on social separation rather than court. I refused.
After some time In laws requested me to talk to girl which I accepted.I discussed the matter & suggested her to have her own steps for future. Now its a month she never replied.
Recently my mother expired.
As a social norm I informed but no one cared or called.
Due family responsibilities & circumstances I left job in Jan-2012.
Now I came to know In laws are planning for court case but for what......
What should I do?

File mutual consent divorce if your wife agrees, otherwise yourself.

Immediately Consult a Local Good Lawyer to Protect Your Self Since your in laws doesn't seem to keep up their word and your wife's courtesy is proved by making her self absent in your mother's demise.So better be cautious

First consult a lawyer, reveal all facts and dates without missing anything, and then file for divorce. Anything further happens from your wife's side, you can say it is a counter blast to the divorce petition filed by you.

The experts advised properly on the above subject, I agree with them and suggest you to hit first i.e., initiate the legal proceedings immediately before they they are converting their mischief into false cases against you. Consult a good lawyer and brief him with the facts and go by his advise.

Abnormality is not a mental deasease and is curable by medical treatment and counselling and as such it cannot be taken up as a ground for divorce. When mental age is not in accordance to physiological age we say it as 'ABNORMAL' You will find hundreds of people are of such kind and they are performing their day to day duties normally. Bear it in mind that very seldom you may find any idiot judge in the Judiciary. If your in laws engage any experienced senior lawyer he can bang you by adopting legal tricks.
