i had been absconded from false 498 a and many more.in between my wife filed 125 crpc in family court since i could not come court favoured her and decision was in her favour now i got the bail and i am out and now i came to know that she went to high court for the same 125 under 371 under gwalior high court. but i am not sure what is this for-? and how will i fight with it, i have lost my job way back in 2010 due to these disputes. i run my expenses by taking tuitions by visiting houses.

Now i am broken, i had been granted bail few months ago, now things are getting worse. our lawyers are just asking for money and doing nothing i will attach the file copy also and the allegations which have been imposed on us including my father, mother, both the brothers,sister and law my maternal brother and sister.
