S.KARUNAMOORTHY (Expert) 14 December 2009
wt is hjs?
aman kumar (Querist) 14 December 2009
higher judiciary services
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 14 December 2009
dear Aman, the correct expression is Superior Judicial Services not higher judicial serivces.

the minimum age criteria adopted by States is 35 years and with 7 years of practice as a lawyer.

u need to be practising lawyer and not govt. servant for the said purpose.

any job pvt. or govt. is a disqualification.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 14 December 2009
Definitely you should first come in the practice field and after obtaining the minimum age of 35 years with vast practical knowledge of law, you can expect to be in Superior Judicial services subject to facing competition and establishing your ability.
