IAM SHABAZKHAN DOING LLB IAM IN SECOND YEAR. I WANT TO KNOW THAT MY COUSIN BROTER NAME IS ALI UDDIN, BUT HE CONSTRUTED A HOUSE AND REGISTRED NAME AS MEHRAJ ALI , AND AFTER 7 YERAS HE CAME TO KNOW THAT HIS NAME IS WRITTEN WRONG, AS REAL NAME IS ALI UDDIN , IN PASSPORT, VOTERID, ADHAR CARD IS WRITTEN ALI UDDIN, HE IS UNEDUCATED,
SIR PLESE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO, CAN WE CHANGE NAME IN REGISTREY OFFICE ?

The deedwriter shall compare the names and entries before making everything final............and then staff in SRO.
At the time of registration the KYC docs of buyer and seller e.g. ID proof, Address Proof, Pan card are attached and a photo is also clicked and printed in Registree.............
You may show all docs on record to an able lawyer at your location and understand if rectification is possible.

If the original seller is traceable and agree, get the rectification deed executed and registered.
Or consult local lawyer to file ase for the court decree for rectification.
