Dear Sir,
The Divisional Quality control Inspector issued show cause notice under the provisions of Fertilizer Control order 1985 to Manufacturer, Seller and dealer for selling non standard Fertilizer. In show cause notice he mentioned reply should be given within 10 days after the receipt of the notice ...to answer why necessary action should not be taken against us as per Fertilizer Control order 1985.
His allegation is that the distribution of any fertilizer which is not of prescribed standards is prohibited under clause 19(a) and 19(b) of fertilizer control order 1985 and is an offence under sec 7 of The Essential Commodities Act 1955.
Please help me on the following points:
1. What are the essential and important aspects should be kept in mind while giving reply to show cause notice.
2. What important points to be included in the reply.
3. Is it helpful to send the sample for reanalysis in appeal.
4. any other plus points
5. Is it mandatory to give reply and consequences of not giving reply.
Thanks in advance

The act it self indicates all the fact that you want.
You need to read it carefully.
