N.a. order gujarat

Hello,

I have some non-agricultural land, around 1 acre, situated in Bharuch, Gujarat and know that it has been converted from agricultural to non agricultural some time before 1955. Is it possible if I can get a copy of the N.A. order which was done at the time? if so, from where? what will it cost?

You can get those documents from the revenue records. Consult a local lawyer or contact any person from revenue department where the property is located.

It would be difficult to get copy of such an old permission letter. You can try through local lawyer.

Do they not digitalise the permission letter? or is it kept as a hard copy?

The previous query posted by you pertained to agriculture land and now it is agriculture converted into non-agriculature, basically what is your problem?
Prima facie it is an examination hall question paper with hypothetical situation.
Consult a local lawyer.

Dr Vashista please do not come to conclusions without knowing the full story, the queries are regarding two separate pieces of land.
