Regarding factory uniform

Respected Sir,

I work for one reputed Public Sector Unit in Karnataka, The Factory distributed uniforms with stitching charges.As usual i got my shirt stitched in Half arm. But recently the company insisted its employees to get shirt stitched in full arm.
If i wear half arm stitched uniform is iam legally right or wrong. My basic living style is being curtailed. PLease advice

The uniform same for all!

If previous guideline did not provide for Full Sleeve the next one may have it.

You may abide by the instructions regarding uniform, no personal style prevails in uniform wearing.
