Bond period

I am working in NIMHANS hospital Bangalore as a staff nurse. Here i am having 5 year bond period, if it break 3 lakhs rupees to be paid as fine in any stage of this bond period. This bond period only for nurses and no other employees having it. They said bond period is to avoid staff shortage and for smooth patient care. But none of other central govt autonomous hospitals have this rule. So i would like to know is it legally permitted to take bond period for long 5 years from employee and preventing them for their career development. Can I challenge the bond period at court, because NIMHANS is autonomous body. Please guide me with your expert idea

No fixed period is prescribed in any law for service bond.
However, challenging a bond is not prohibited on merits of the case. But post-facto challenge after you entered in to does not seem to have any merit.

When you post with your identity post full facts of the matter and we will support you, even if you have signed the bond.
Till then you may go thru many threads at LCI in Search option on right hand side of this web page and also in Forum section and type ; Bond, Service Agreement and you will get access to many highly illustrated threads with citations, and judgments.
Also avoid falling into trap of many unscrupulous elements loitering at many online portals to fleece the querists......

The poser expert cum language editor cum pretyender cum bluff master now seems to have become maska-man also by requesting you to stand along with him.

BY THE WAY, IN WHAT CONTEXT HE POSTED THIS MESSAGE ADDRESSED TO YOU? in fact he needs to remove dust from his own mind.
HOWEVER, FROM HIS MESSAGE addressed to you, IT SEEMS HE IS FRANTICALLY EXPECTING SOME MORAL SUPPORT AT LEAST FROM YOU, WHEN HE IS FEELING TOTALLY ISOLATED NOT FINDING SUPPORT FROM OTHER EXPERTS, WHEN FELT HELPLESS TO FIND NO WAY TO WRIGGLE OUT OF THE NET HE TRIED TO KNIT FOR ME, BUT HAS UNWITTINGLY GOT ENTRAPPED HIMSELF IN THAT DUE TO HIS TOTALLY EVASIVE FALSE STATEMENTS IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS.
As he said "I remember the messages from many experts that 'we will remove the dirt' from LCI," WHY HE IS HIDING THOSE MESSAGES, WHEN HE HAS ALREADY TAKEN CUDGELS AGAINST ME TO DEFAME ME THROUGH HIS BLUFFING STATEMENTS IN ALMOST ALL OF THE THREADS NOW A DAYS?
PLEASE ASK HIM to come openly and post all those messages in this very thread, so that, besides me, every reader should also notice, what is what about me and the bluffer fellow.
ONE MORE THING, why he is hiding and not uploading his photo and not replying to my question on this aspect? WHY HE IS AFRAID OF UPLOADING HIS PICTURE? DOES HE NOT HAVE ANY COURAGE TO SHOW HIS FACE ALONG WITH HIS USER ID WITH THE FEAR THAT PEOPLE MAY SEE, WHO THE GUY IS THAT IN MOST CASES TRY TO BLUFF THE QUERISTS.
