What is the power of police?

Good morning sirs!

Can the Police arrest me on the bases of :

1. 13 persons [in 161 statement under CRPC] alleging that i had molested a girl in a car last year [the girl said 'no' when police approached for her statement]

2. a girl student alleged [in 164 statement under CRPC] that i had threatened to spoil her life.
