I got Industrial Tribunal Judgement of back wages in my favour Against illegal layoff by Ebix Software. Hyderabad.
Execution petition was not filed by my lawyer due to his personal reasons.
Then I filed Caveat .
Ebix Company file writ petition in HC , to cancel lower court order on 20 June 2016 ,
last Listing date is still showing 20 Sep 2016,
My lawyer file counter on 26 Sep 2016
Now my case is not getting any movement / listed for next step and showing as INTERLOCUTORY stage.
my query is -
is there any way to take case faster, because i am loosing my experience and from last 4 years no job no income.
any other advice is appreciate

If the matter is in High Court request your Advocate to appear Before Honorable Judge of concerned court before he could start the Hearing in the court and Plead for urgent hearing with reasonable justification.Honorable Judge would Certainly Oblige and the case would be Posted with in 2 days.The Registrar also would help but in Normal Due Course.

Mr.R.k.Goyal No doubt that High Courts are Flooded with Cases. But still there are Legal Remedies and the Clients could bring their Cases on Priority on valid reasons

You may file a petition to fix an early date for final hearing. You have to state why you want the writ petition to be heard treating this as urgent.
On hearing the petition, the judge will fix a date for final hearing.
So, insist your advocate to file this petition.

The Query to arunagiri is Obviously Not Unnecessary,Useless and unproductive .It is in the Public Interest of the People/Investors who had Lost their Money by Investing in Arunagiri's Owned company Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd and Few of the Investors had committed Suicide also.

arunagiri Owned company is Gemmia oil tech Ltd.The company is now missing and not there in the address mentioned in their record.BSE,SEBI and ROC had Black Listed the Company and the Company is Now Untraceable.All the Innocent Investors had Lost their Money and Few of the Investors had committed Suicide also
