Pay protection

(Querist) 21 March 2017 This query is : Resolved
Hi, I working in C_DOT as senior research Engineer with pay scale BP+GP is 32320 as per sixth pay commission. Cdot is autonomous body of central government. I have resigned from my current organisation and joins ISRO. Where I have been offered BP of 56100 with 7th pay commission which is equivalent to (15300+5400) BP as per 6th pay commission. Am I eligible for pay protection and under which government rule ?

Thank you

Whether applied direct for the new job or through proper channel?

If you apply through proper channel your pay will be protected in your new job.

It is not very clear if you joined on higher post
Dhavalkumar (Querist) 22 March 2017
Through proper channel means providing NOC at the time interview ? I have given NOC at the time of interview.
I have joined on lower post.

You are quite mistaken. I have not asked you the meaning of "through proper channel." Forget about any pay protection, particularly for joining at lower post.

Your reply without appropriate knowledge about 'proper channel' and 'noc for interview' clearly reveals that yours is purely an academic query.

Refer the service rules of ISRO.
