A,B,C,D had JOINTLY executed a Power of Attroney in favour of one E regarding some property,after some time the A had died and the same also intimated to the E Power Agent, by hiding the same the E had sold the Property to some third persons, i want to known what is the position of the POA regarding the A and other whether it will bind the remaining persons. kindly clarify me, thankyou

Date of death, date of POA and existence of will, if any, of A in favour of some one matter much, which you have not discussed at all. Being an advocate yourself, if case is required to be filed in the court, I don't think you would prefer to file a case in court in the absence of such an important information.

How do you prove that Mr.E has knowledge of death of Mr.A?
If he argues that he came to about Mr.A's death only after selling the property, what is your position.
If you can make answers to the above questions in the affirmative, you may get some fruits.

I agree with experts, attorney/agency comes to an end on demise of principal/granter, implies that POA is invalid after death of A.

Normally the POA dies with the principal, but, in some cases, if the POA is coupled with interest, POA can not be revoked on the death of the principal.
You have to disclose the contents of the POA regarding the interest of the Agent.
