Will of ancestral property

My grandfather had two brothers.My grand father's one unmarried brother executed a will of ancestral property in favor of second brother's son . can this will be executed or not.

Show all the Documents Will etc to the Local Good Senior Advocate and take Legal opinion and Proceed with Probating the Will.

Any person can execute will of his property.

In the present case, documents need to be referred, discuss with local lawyer.

The counsel that examined docs on record can advise you the best.

It is mandatory to probate the WILL at presidential towns of: Mumbai, Kolkota, Chennai.

At other locations it is not.
