i have worked at firstsource solutions for 36months and have attained serious injury during work hours while company-paid-break, doctors have mentioned bedrest for period of 4months and temporary disability, im not able to join service as of now.. will i receive any compensation of leaves and medical reimbursement.. i also fall under ESIC criteria but injury seriousness needs more expertise hence could not be treated by ESIC doctors. due to seviere bleeding and necessary medical treatment had to be admitted to a private hospital.. is there anyone who can help educate me about the benefits I am eligible for..

You might have been referred to Specialist Doctors.
Submit leave application (on inter office memo/leave application format/emails or as practice/allowed by employer) regularly along with copy of Rx of Dr/Medical certificate advising rest/bed rest etc.

In addition to ESIC employer can pay anything by its discretion/sweet will/decision.
Whatever you have in mind send an appeal to Chairman/Chairperson of the establishment under proper acknowledgment.
