Return of stridhan

In a matter of DV Act Court has ordered to return stridhan to wife which is not being complied.
Plz Sir suggest the provision and procedure, which court can adopt ?

The order in question being a Protection order within the meaning of Section 18 of the DV Act, breach of the same, in my view, is punishable under Section 31 of the Act. Hence you may consider filing an application for prosecution of the Respondent under that section.
