What should be the Court Fee to avail Succession Certificate from Gujarat Court for Rs.14.75 Lakh Public Provident Fund (PPF) amount plus Interest thereon? For a Jain Religion.

To my best, the court fee stamp is Rs.750/- under the Gujarat Court fee Act (Amendment of 2016).

Succession certificate is obtain for various purposes, and in your case it is PPF, for which it falls under Schedule 1 Advalorem Fees of Gujurat State Legislation.
