Can i file a suit under section 193 ipc &177ipc

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir
Mr R.kumar is a teacher in state govt. and know that his sister had left her share in family meeting and admitted it in ACM court in a case of land division
Mr R.kumar was a witness in ACM court in 2001 in a case of land division between Mr R.kumar and R.Singh. Mr R.kumar had told ACM court that his has left her share from parental landin favour of five brothers and his mother.

Mr R.kumar"S sister have filed a suit in ADJ court in 2010 against all her brothers and mother demanding her share from parental land but she did not disclose all
real facts.
Mr R.kumar has given a written reply of his sisters suit in ADJ court that I accept all demands raised by my sister and her all demands is correct and I accept all demands .it means he has produced false witness(written reply)in ADJ court. He was familiar about all real facts and his witness statement that was given by him in ACM court, inspite of this he has given a written statement and accept all demands of his sister this is totally false evidence ,I have a true copy of court(Mr R.kumar had told ACM court that his has left her share from parental landin favour of five brothers and his mother.)

Sir My Question is , Can I file a suit in ADJ court under section 193 IPC & 177 IPC against Mr R.kumar that he has produced false witness and he is a govt. sevent (177 IPC )
